Pricing is based on two parameters: the number of users working in the platform and the number of search engines configured for your industry profiles or business areas. The more people in your bidding team and the more distinct search profiles you need, the higher the plan. All plans include the same core feature set.

The Solo, Team and Team Plus plans differ by the number of available users and search engines. Solo covers one user and one search engine, designed for specialists managing tenders independently. Team supports two to five users and up to three search engines. Team Plus covers six to ten users and up to five search engines, built for larger teams working across multiple procurement areas. The Enterprise plan has no limits on users or search engines and is configured individually.

Enterprise is designed for large organisations with an extensive bidding team, multiple business areas or specific technical requirements. It includes unlimited users and search engines, API access, a dedicated account manager and the option for custom integrations and AI models tailored to the organisation’s needs.

The key questions are how many people in your organisation work with tenders and how many distinct industry or geographic areas you bid in. Each area requires a separately configured search engine.
